Inmental sells interactive experiences. The website had to feel like one, not just say it.
What Inmental is
Inmental Interactive builds interactive experiences for brands at events: motion games, interactive walls and floors, AI photo booths, virtual reality and immersive screens. It runs more than 300 activations a year.
How I planned it
I started with the structure, designed for search too: one page for each of the eight activation types, one for each of the five industries, the cases, about and contact. That way every service has its own page that can be found, and every page can grow as more material comes in.
Content arrived in pieces. I started with the material from a single case, Adidas, and added photos and videos as the community manager sent them. So I designed templates that worked with little content and with a lot.
Decisions
01
The activations bring the color
I dropped the brand's accent color. The interface is dark and neutral, and the color comes from the event photos and videos. That way the real work is the most striking thing on every screen.
02
No classic navigation bar
With Obys as a reference, the logo is large and fixed, part of the composition, and the menu is a column against the right edge. The center stays free so images and videos can be as large as possible.
03
Services without leaving the home page
The eight activation types work as an index inside the home page: pick one and the grid shows its photos and videos. They advance on their own every few seconds, so the page moves even when nobody touches it, and they can be paused. To see a full service there's a separate button: browsing and going deeper are two different actions.
04
A case as a fact sheet
Each case opens with the brand, the context and the venue, then covers the idea, what was built, how it worked and what people took home. The gallery opens up to show the totem, the interface and the pieces in detail.

01 / 04 · The headline over three activation videos.
How I worked with AI
I worked with Claude Code and Codex like with a developer who needs precise direction. I gave them the brand's look from Figma and three specific references, reviewed every version in the browser and sent back concrete fixes: alignment, animation timing and hierarchy.
When something broke and it didn't show in the code, I recorded the screen. That's how we fixed a black flicker between images: we tried several effects until we got a clean transition, and then did an optimization pass because the transitions were slowing the browser down.
The copy came out of the same back-and-forth. I built skills with writing rules so the agents wrote in the brand's voice, and edited the texts over several rounds until they sounded like Inmental.
For positioning I installed SEO skills in the agent and used them on every page: titles and descriptions, structured data for the company, an FAQ section with what people search for, and copy that says clearly what Inmental does and for whom. That's what Google and AI read.
Outcome
The website has been live for less than a month, so there's no traffic or inquiry data worth showing yet.
- Eight activation pages, five industry pages, the cases, about and contact.
- Live and indexed by Google since September 2026.
- Next step: a panel so the community manager can add content without going through me.
Takeaways
01
Positioning starts with the structure
It isn't something you add at the end. One page per service and per industry made each thing Inmental does findable on its own.
02
Writing for people and for AI at once
Copy that says clearly what the company does and for whom serves the visitor, and also the AI deciding who to recommend.
03
Designing for content that hasn't arrived
I started with a single case. The templates had to look right with one and with twenty, because material arrives in pieces.
